DisruptHR Kuala Lumpur, recently organized their own most anticipated moment among the HR professionals in Malaysia on 5th March 2019 which was hosted by Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd, as the official venue sponsor. With extremely diverse and talented speakers on board, ranging from finance, talent development, professional services, design thinking to non-profit industry and many more.
The speakers’ line-up is driven and passionate individuals who want to contribute to the HR scene in Malaysia and DisruptHR Kuala Lumpur’s format is as such that they need to share their disruptive ideas in merely 5 minutes to the audience.
DisruptHR is a global platform, yet with its notable presence in Kuala Lumpur. The format of the event is speedy, innovative and allows for massive learning to take place in the span of a couple of hours. Their purpose is to serve as an information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower HR leaders, business professionals, and community leaders who are interested in disruptive ideas and in moving our collective thinking forward when it comes to talent in the workplace.
The response for this round’s DisruptHR Kuala Lumpur was very overwhelming. The event tickets were even sold out just 1 week before their event date with over 200 tickets taken up.
Focused on the theme of ‘Building a Perfect Workplace’, this event dived into the components of the perfect learning organization, how to balance BAU and innovation, increasing employer brand, re-imagining performance reviews and HR function, as well as re-writing company’s values.
