PUTRAJAYA | YB Kula Segaran held a preliminary discussion on a possible HR Practitioner’s Act yesterday with a group of HR Practitioners to gather their thoughts and feedback on this possible act.
What HRNews.my has gathered thus far, this idea was once mooted by the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) to the Minister of the Human Resources some time back in the year 1999/2000 and that one of the proposed criteria in order to become a HR Practitioner is that a person should hold a professional HR qualification.
