Singapore Airlines’takes the number one spot as the Randstad’s Most Attractive Employer in Singapore for the fourth year running.

SINGAPORE | Singapore Airlines has emerged top in Randstad’s Most Attractive Employer rankings in Singapore for 2019.

This is Singapore Airlines’ fourth time taking the number one spot as the Most Attractive Employer in Singapore. Changi Airport Group and Marina Bay Sands filled out the rest of the top three.

“As more companies invest in the development and well-being of their employees, people in the workforce are receiving a more integrated and meaningful experience whenever they engage with a company,” said Jaya Dass, Managing Director at Randstad Singapore and Malaysia.

“In the long-run, we hope that this strategic approach in strengthening the employer brand will help improve the quality of the engagement between companies and workers and the overall productivity and capabilities of the employees.”

The winners of the 2019 Employer Brand Awards are selected from the 75 largest commercial companies to work for in Singapore (based on workforce size).

The awards are presented to the top three commercial companies that have received the highest attractiveness scores in the employer brand research.

The three companies that received the Randstad Employer Brand Sector Awards this year received the highest attractiveness scores within their respective sectors. They are:

  • DBS Bank (Banking & Financial Services)
  • Alibaba Group (Information Technology)
  • Edwards Lifesciences (Life Sciences)

The 2019 Randstad Employer Brand Research explores workers’ perceptions of employer brands, providing a unique understanding of employee and job seeker drivers. It draws insights from more than 200,000 respondents and 6,162 companies in 32 countries worldwide, including 2,502 employees and job seekers in Singapore.
