Pulau Pinang | A protest demonstration performed by employees at two locations which are Kilang Chain Ferry, Butterworth and also Kilang Nibong Tebal this morning towards their employer in Southern Pipe Industry.
The workers urged the employer to fulfill their promises to raise their salary and allowance. However, the employer has not done so and on contrary the employer gave many excuses. The workers were doing the protest to voice out their right of getting the raise.
We hope for a good resolution from the employer and the issue could be solved in a good way. Perhaps the employer has their own reasons to do so.
