Held at Sime Darby Convention Centre, the seminar featured a panelist line-up of industry experts and academic professionals from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), STRAVIK, Sorga Innovations, and Roche.
With nearly 75% of Malaysian employees citing benefits as a deciding factor in their employment decisions, the seminar focused on strategies to create more intuitive employee

The session also covered how human resource (HR) professionals, C-level executives, and business owners can each implement different measures to foster work cultures centered around employee well-being.

Attendees also walked away with insights on how to align various forms of rewards to an organization’s overall business strategy and values, including holistic performance management, non-monetary incentives, and long-term wellness programs.
