The gathering of Malaysia HR leaders at Petronas

Last week, Petronas Malaysia hosted the 2^nd Gathering of Malaysia HR Leaders. The first session was previously hosted by TM. This round, Puan Zahira Sughra Zainuddin with her team graciously played the perfect host and the theme was Design Thinking (DT). The purpose for this round’s theme based on Design Thinking (DT) was that to allow the HR Leaders to learn and utilize DT to manage many projects or brainstorming session that they have within their own organizations. There is also another separate session on Malaysian’s 30% Club which many found insightful. This event was mainly attended by HR Directors from many prominent companies such as Izham A. Wahab from DRB-Hicom, Siew Lee Tee from Sunway Mall, Hezzi from IOI Corp., Grace Chan from Berjaya, Irina Sarif from TNB, Shazmi Ali from Shell, Clara Ooi from ABN and Datuk Aziz Bakar, the co-founder of the famous 30% Club. This event is ideal for learning and networking and many foresee that this HR Leaders Circle is growing by the day.
